    • *Pricing based on Length or Girth, whichever is greater

  • Maximum weight per parcel 20KG - there is no limit to the weight of a multi-Parcel Consignment but individual Parcels must not exceed 20kg for health and safety reasons.
  • Maximum length per parcel 100CM on longest side, Maximum Girth is no greater than 3M - Girth should be calculated as twice the height of the parcel plus twice the width of the parcel plus the longest length measured around its thickest part.

    • The cost of sending a parcel within the UK depends on what zone you are sending to and from. In the UK we have 3 zones. Prices and parcel delivery times vary by zone:

  • Zone 1 England, Wales, Scotland excluding Highlands & Islands. The zone is made up of all postcodes not mentioned in zones 2 and 3
  • Zone 2 Scotland Highlands & Islands Postcodes: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE
  • Zone 3 Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly Postcodes: BT, IM, TR21-25

  • Please note that we classify the Channel Islands as an International destination.

  • Letter Dimensions - Length 24cm/Width 16.5cm/Thickness 0.5cm, maximum weight 100g
  • Large Letter Dimensions - Length 35cm/Width 25cm/Thickness 2.5cm, maximum weight 750g
  • Small Parcel Dimensions - Length 45cm/Width 35cm/Depth 16cm, maximum weight 2KG
  • Medium Parcel Dimensions - Length 60cm/Width 45cm/Depth 45cm, maximum weight 20KG

Our standard prices include weights up to 20.0Kg for residential and business delivery addresses. All Parcels with a greater weight than 20Kg please contact us for a quotation.

    Any parcel sent over the specified weight will be held until the payment has been supplied along with an admin fee of £25 per parcel.
